With a proud Greek heritage spanning over 40 years, Chris’ Foods looks to inspire in a modern, multicultural world where every meal should be a celebration.

Chris’ Foods owner and founder, Christos Tassios, believed that good food brings people together. Life is better shared, so we are proud to bring Australians the food that we love to eat ourselves, made locally in Melbourne, Australia. Originally from Greece, Chris started his business in Prahran back in 1982, to bring the flavours of his homeland, to the tables of Australians.

Today, Chris Foods continues to be run by the Tassios family and is a home of loved brands and products made from delicious, fresh, wholesome ingredients from across the world. All proudly made in Australia, the family continues to be passionate about making food that is full of flavour and easy to enjoy every day, by every one.

In 1982, Christos and Yiota started a family.

A family that become their pride and joy.

With names like Tzatziki, Taramosalata and Hommus.

Not familiar to Australian's back then, but household names now.

Chris’ family was adopted wholeheartedly.
